Ethereal Estate · Project 001
Yesterday's buildings scraped the sky. This one passes through it — and keeps going. The tallest place a person has ever called home.

01The Canopy · Floors 100–150
Fifty floors given over to daylight. It's picked in the morning and lowered through the building's spine; by lunch it's yours. The freshest food anywhere — and it never once touched the ground.

02The Warren · Throughout
Behind the walls runs a second building — narrow corridors the machines keep to. They work while you're away and leave nothing behind but the feeling that someone tidied.

03The Works · Lower floors
Half of Skypiercer is given to making things. Work here and the building takes a small share of what you make, then returns it against your rent. Enough of it, and you live for the cost of showing up.

04The Residences · Ready
Homes arrive finished, down to the warmth of the light. You choose how it feels; it's waiting before you are.
You keep waiting for the seam — the floor where it stops being possible. It never comes.

05The Commons · Open
A room comes up; you take it, and open a restaurant. What you cook grew a hundred floors above. Nothing crossed an ocean to reach the plate.

06The Ground · Arrival
The doors open onto something closer to a valley than a lobby. People come only meaning to pass through. Most of them don't.

07The Crown · The last floor
At the very top the walls give way to glass, and the glass to the dark. A place to stand at the edge of everything and look back down at the weather.

08The Whole · Elsewhere
Set it down far from anything and it hardly notices. Everything a life asks for is already inside. Somewhere, quietly, becomes somewhere.
Not yet. Skypiercer isn't sold — it's claimed. A place held while the people who want it fund the ground it stands on, the science it needs, and the floors, one at a time. Nothing is liquid on the first day. The waiting is the part that makes it real.
